NAGTIPUNAN, Quirino (Nagtipunan's Beauty UnLocked!)

This was my first trip outside our province this 2018... I lived there for 5mos and I missed it(Holidays came and well, I did go there for a different reason..lol---my friends' know it). I drove it for 3hrs with my friend---it's better than commuting(you'll surely enjoy the view too).

Every now and then when you look at my IG and FB account i posted beautiful scenery of that place, Nagtipunan.

(taken from my first month:one of the Barangays--ANAK-- of this town, and yeah i brought my motorbike with me 😁😄😅[it's way cheaper than commuting in going up to the barangay and yes it's up the mountain] and here's some of the photos i took last year)

I know most of you haven't even heard this place. It's located here in Region 2, one of the 6 towns of the Province of Quirino. It nearly occupies half of the Province's land area(Can you even imagine that?it's too large, right?) No wonder, natural environment's beauty is everywhere. And my friends' there always says, it's the land of origin because Nagtipunan means assembly wherein different tribes assembled in one area like the Bugkalots, Dumagat, Ifugao and other tribes (you can even watched this for more details---there are lots of places featured here HRH Nagtipunan 2017, we made this last december for our group presentation. 😃)

Enough with the history, right? I know! I know! you wanna know how to go there?well... i'll tell you next time.haha!KJ me 😝😀😁😅😂

Here's the thing so I went there last January for something and went to different places where i Haven't been when i lived there(Imagine that?my schedule were always hectic by then..lol). So, we went by car(500php gas and no a/c because the Temp right then was 16 degrees Celcius---its cold enough). 

We went first in their municipal hall for something---

Part-time Job

I'm a health care provider and I enjoy any work related to it.😊

I haven't started in my new(maybe old😂😂😂) job yet. Right now, it's my 3rd day in my part-time job?(i'm asking myself that too.😅) Well, my grandma who's in bed(she suffered Acute Transverse Myelitis😑😢, which cause her not to feel her further details later😉)

Here's the thing, she have a full-time caretaker(caregiver~anything you wanna call us😊--that's what I am doing right now😁), she's my cousin(2nd) and we made a deal😁🤑...I'll relieve her (at work) and that's how i had my part time job😁(i had to do the usual things a caregiver should give to her patient with full of love, and she's my grandma[that's a plus]😊]  She's somewhere far right now(vacation in short😊😍). 

Maybe when i have work too, i should look for part time job too😊. It's a good idea, right?😁

And i need to find something that i'll love for sure. It always comes first. 

Home Based Job

You wanna know what happened today? Well if you are curious, then I'll tell you... about the work I talked about the last time, I got a call already (you know what i mean ---JOB baby!😸) And that's it!LOL

Actually, I wanted to look for another so that i can have the luxury to choose(Yeah! i'm KindA choosy😂😬😂jk). It's just that i need to start again from scratch if you know what I meant(and I know, that's how it works--i'm just a li'l bit disappointed🐯😀[in myself😳_i know some of you have been there]but this is the best if i'm looking for something that is close to home😥). Or, maybe I experienced living outside our home that i just wanna do it again haha!(well, you can't blame me... all I want is a life full of adventures😃--consider that home is an adventurous place already but there is a place out there. i know and i'll go there soon😍 ). Still home based jobs have their own pros so I'll think about it overnight.😉.😐.

What do you think? Should I accept it?😮😊

Work - Save

I told you that I started investing in the stock market, right? (the global market is fluctuating right now but it will bounce back soon😊 someone told me that and i always believe him) and i'm jobless right now. So what i did is invest my savings and i'm seeking for a new job. Well, my money won't grow if i can't continue investing. SO, I NEED A JOB! and i will have it soon, 1/5 of it (Even if its only 6000) will be invested for sure. You don't need to be paid high to start investing, even utility workers does it. So, why can't you, right? i know some of you are afraid in the stock market (Just don't do tradings), seek for a financial adviser if you don't know what to with your money. But if you really don't like the stock market, there are other options, just please start investing. The future is near, please think of it. There are a lot of Adventures waiting ahead, save for it. Take charge , start saving and try investing! WORK SAVE INVEST! i know you have the heart to do it.😉 you're not alone, i'm doing it too.

Work, work and work

There's a lot of job offers in the Philippines, but why do others still need to go out of the country and work there???(One of the saddest truth). I am one of those who wants to take the risks to(Going abroad), but my family is against it(especially my grandma🙁, well i'm that type of kid--"lola's girl"😬, she told me to go when she's  dead😱). So, i stayed and will always stay.

i mentioned in https://adventureawaitstakecharge.blogspot.com/2018/02/1st-step-of-2018.html that it is my first time to be jobless in 4 years, right? Anyway, today i started seeking for a new job (is it new or just going back to the old one?lol), and they told me, "We'll call you"😐, so i will wait. But i will not stop there, maybe tomorrow or the next days, i'll pass my application to different company. A lot of choices is better than having no choice at all(whattt?! i didn't get it too.lol).

There are a lot of opportunities or job here in our country, we just need to look further (you'll even realize that the closer ones are not meant for you and it just hurts✌😊). And I will always remember that

as long as Adventure awaits in that place, i will always take charge!

Home Version Gym

First time hearing it?? Or heard it already? Anyways, we live in a small town~15mins away from the city by car(try walking, you'll reach it in a day I bet😛).

My friend(sis/bessy/boss--anything u wanna call your buddy) is eager to remove our excess fats(you know what i meant lad😥😅--so frustrating, sometimes😂). But we just can't remove it right away even if we're in balanced diet(you should find someone who can do magic for you, 😂😂😂). I know, i know. You feel us right?😊

Well, here's the thing, my friend have a extra room in their house and we converted it into gym(its a hair salon before😱👩👦). Oh! She did all the cleaning(thanks boss!). Then she moved her stationary bike in it, brought my punching bag in there, clean the thread mill and voila!..

Sorry, its not that clean(post workout guys😋). Btw, if someone wants to join us, just bring your own equipment😂😂😂. Our other friends knows it😊 and they will join soon😉. The best way to do things is when you have a friend by your side that loves the same thing that you do. I'm sure everything will work when you do it together.

If you are asking if theres a progress... There is! (A lil bit😂). 

We're still in overweight and extremely obese phase but we'll get there😉😅. I know we'll reach it soon.

i planned to invest in a business but i run back with my tails between my legs🤢😨(i have the money needed but the courage is lacking😑😐😶🙄😏).

You have a bank account(yes, i have), is it not investing?(well, i guess)..i know, it is... And its there for years, but the movement guys... It's too slow😑

Thats why this year i just started investing in the stock market, oooopss you heard me right.😊. I know! Investing not trading😁, and theres a big difference. I invested(for long term goal) for the future, while the traders(the gamblers, i'm still afraid in that area so never tried it yet😂). Maybe after years😂😂😂..

If you wanna start too, start with the long term, its way safer😊. Slow yet bulky😂

BIG DECISION-- been holding it for 2 long years

This is just me. Maybe you have better experience in this matter than me. Still, I wanted to share.

We wanted to be sure that our future is secured. But my question was, am i secured in the right insurance company? And just a few days i got my answered...😑

Traditional life insurance vs VUL (you're are insured but... Thats what i read in an article and thats how i conclude that im in the traditional which really wont benefit me at all 😥😫😭(many of you experienced it too, i know.. And it just doesnt feel right).

Traditional lapses if you cant pay the premium on time and it covers until your 99(great right?but am i still alive by that age?😅😂)and of courae lower dividends compared to VUL(you don't have invetment here) while VUL is flexible investments, lower premium, higher dividends and can pay your premiums as long as you have enough dividends.

Yes, I've been insured for 2 years before i surrendered it(i was covered for 2 years too with 1million benefit because i paid an additional payment which i though will be for the rest of my life, but i'm wrong😅😂😁😑) i was just a kid back then 😂😂😂thats all i can say. I did tell my sister about it and she told me to just surrender it, (sucklife bes!lugeeee!😂... Just think that while i was driving my car, i was isured by then lol and it just that they won 😑 and get another insurance with VUL.

I went to their office and asked them my cash value(cash surrender value), weew 12k out of 50k(still better than not having any at all).. I surrendered my policy and they give me cold cash😁😁
(Its better than cancelling or just stop paying, you won't get any if you do). Oh! The staff in their office is nice but it's just not the stuff (insurance policy) that i want.

1st step of 2018

The saddest news of my just started 2018 is being jobless for the frist time in 4 years. I know, i know! It's my first time in years and it really doesn't feel right (😫😭), i even asked myself, "is my effort not enough??..." oh! I forgot i'm in the philippines, so its common(well, u know what i meant😜) but always remember that there will always be a rainbow after the rain 😊.. I will stand for sure.

Being jobless was not really that hard for a month, i have my savings.. (thats what i always think).. Its now february and it really started sinking😱😱.. No job! No income! ... (mom, can u lend me some?lol. Typical filipino kids at my age...) i always wanted to be independent and having money is the first step 😁😁😁.. Well, i have some(for now😊).

my 2017

I am just enjoying my life in our small town with family and friends, work there for years(with my RHUluna family) and suddenly received a phonecall for a new job and decided to go to a place where i never heard of.😂😅(seriously! I know the province though😑)

NAGTIPUNAN! The place where i saw an untouchable work of art(a place away from the city), the place where i met new people (lotsa them😍), the place away from home yet a new home to be considered, a new place to gain different types of experiences, a new place where my horizon will surely widen more, the best place i heard of last year(it's a new year😜).

2017 was also the time when BT came to our life (i don't like cats that much but learned to love them because of her😁,    she's a handful). A year full of adventures. A year where i experienced the saddest news i will ever heard of. A year full of enjoyment. A year with friends and new found friends. A year that i will not forget, surely.

Thank you guys for my fully scheduled 2017😉.   This year too, please!
